Greenhouse Program at the Green and Growin' Show
A greenhouse track will be once again part of the Green and Growin' Show. The event will be held on January 18th in Greensboro at the Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel.
The greenhouse sessions are listed below. Other sessions are listed in the brochure, which is available online by clicking here.

Petunia Problem Solver, Part 1

When growers face petunia production problems, they must take a whole plant approach for diagnostics. This 2 part presentation focuses on using an integrated, systematic approach for identifying the top disease, insect, nutritional and physiological disorders based on where the symptoms occur: roots, stems, leaves or flowers. Information will be provided for ordering a 68 page, full color photographic guide to petunia disorders. Approved for pesticide recertification credits.

Making Weeds Disappear - New and Tried and True Options for Landscape, Nursery and Greenhouse Weed Control

This session will provide an overview of what weed control options are available for landscape, nursery and greenhouses. Over the past few years, the weed control toolbox has expanded and Willie will cover the new options of how to keep those weed problems at bay. Approved for pesticide recertification credits.

Cut flower gardening is once again becoming popular for homeowners and part time commercial growers. Alicain will discuss the spectrum of information needed about getting started and which plants perform best in the Southeast.
